2. About Twikk Sustainability Solutions LLP 

Twikk Sustainability Solutions LLP operates in trading of critical minerals and specialty metals, battery recycling materials, e-waste and industrial waste sourcing, sustainability consulting, market research, digital marketing for sustainability businesses, B2B marketplace services, and networking events. 

3. User Eligibility 

Users must be legally competent to contract, provide accurate information, have authority to represent their organization where applicable, and comply with applicable laws. 

4. Marketplace Disclaimer 

Twikk may facilitate introductions between buyers and sellers. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Twikk is not the manufacturer and does not guarantee product quality, availability, or completion of transactions. 

5. Product Information 

Technical specifications are provided by suppliers or compiled from available sources. Buyers should independently verify all technical information before purchase. 

6. Quotations & Pricing 

Prices are indicative unless confirmed in writing. Taxes, freight, insurance, customs duties, and other charges may apply. 

7. Orders 

Enquiries do not constitute confirmed orders. Orders become valid only after written acceptance and agreed commercial terms. 

8. Payment Terms 

Payment terms are governed by individual contracts. Twikk may require advance payment and suspend services for overdue accounts. 

9. Inspection 

Buyers are encouraged to inspect materials before shipment wherever practical. 

10. Shipping & Logistics 

Delivery schedules are estimates only. Twikk is not liable for delays caused by customs, ports, transport disruptions, force majeure, or regulatory actions. 

11. Consultancy Services 

Recommendations are based on industry knowledge and available information. Commercial success cannot be guaranteed. 

12. Intellectual Property 

All website content, reports, graphics, logos, software, and documents are the intellectual property of Twikk unless otherwise stated. 

13. Confidentiality 

Business information exchanged shall be treated as confidential unless public, legally required to be disclosed, or authorized in writing. 

14. Compliance 

Users must comply with applicable environmental, import/export, hazardous waste, battery, e-waste, customs, AML, and sanctions laws. 

15. Limitation of Liability 

Twikk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid to Twikk for the relevant service. 

16. Indemnification 

Users agree to indemnify Twikk against claims arising from misuse, inaccurate information, legal violations, or breach of these Terms. 

17. Force Majeure 

Twikk shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, cyberattacks, or government restrictions. 

18. Privacy 

Use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Twikk is not responsible for third-party websites or their content. 

20. Termination 

Twikk may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unlawful conduct. 

21. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
