Buyer Terms 

Buyers are responsible for conducting due diligence before purchasing materials. Product specifications, assays and quantities should be independently verified. Orders are governed by mutually agreed contracts, payment terms and applicable Incoterms. Buyers shall comply with all import, environmental and trade regulations.
